Seed raise OS — tracker, pipeline, data room, and use of funds. All in one place.
What DDKT is. Premium small-group (3–6 clients) strength training for women 30–55 in NYC. Evidence-based programming rooted in the DDKT Method (biomechanics + physiology + behavioral science). Typical member pays $600–$900/month. We sit between $40/class boutique (Solidcore, Barry's X) and $150+/hr 1:1 (Equinox, Dogpound) — capturing the "serious-but-social" women who've outgrown both.
Where we are. Founded 2021 by Kate Georgiadis (Kate Fitness LLC d/b/a DDKT). 2024: $331K rev / $104K EBITDA (31.5%). 2025: $461K rev (+39% YoY) / $115K EBITDA (25.0%) / 2,973 sessions. Currently operating out of a rented studio at 37 Union Square West with 5 trainers + Kate — profitable without owning the space, which is our proof-point for the LIC thesis. <5% cancel+no-show rate. $0 marketing spend 2024–2025 (all organic, <20% churn).
Why now. Raising $500K SAFE at $3M post-money cap to open our own door: a 2,500 sq ft flagship in Long Island City, mid-2027. Lease signed with 4 months free rent + $40/sq ft TI allowance. With our own space, we unlock the $1.62M ARR per-studio model (225 members × $600 ARPU × 30% EBITDA). Use of funds: LIC buildout ($320K), 6 months runway ($120K), brand/digital ($40K), working capital ($20K). Target close Q3 2026.
