Quarterly (first Monday of Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4): open this page, walk through each idea. Has the decision gate been hit? Update status pill.
When a decision gate is reached: schedule a 30-min block on the calendar to make the call โ pursue, postpone, or shelve. Log decision in DDKT_Decision_Log.
If pursuing: the idea becomes an active workstream in DDKT_Workstream_Status_Board, gets a Trello card on "Project Management / Content / Events," and stops being a Big Idea.
If shelving: move status to "Shelved" with a one-line reason. Don't delete โ revisit annually in case circumstances change.

Rule of thumb: if it would take >40 hours of your time to validate or wouldn't make sense to pursue until LIC is open, it's a Big Idea (parking lot). If it's actionable in the next 60 days and passes the 3 gates above, it belongs in TASKS, not here.
